Online training, more than in-person training, is flexible. Trainees have the option to complete their modules whenever, wherever. Not all training is a requirement for starting work at a role but is used as a way of getting an employee ready for further responsibilities.

Flexibility allows trainees to keep up with their key workload, taking the time to complete their training when their current role requirements are met. For managers, this keeps productivity up. For the trainees, this ensures that they don't fall behind on work.

Training aims to provide an individual with a baseline of knowledge on a given subject. Approaching an employer with this baseline knowledge will demonstrate to them that you are both capable and willing to learn, as well as lowering their overall costs of hiring you. As a manager, it is important that your employees have the same base level of understanding. A team who works off the same fundamentals will be less likely to approach tasks in different ways, improving team cohesion.

Each element of the course allows up to three (3) attempts to complete the questions.
Attempts are counted separately for each section — for example, if you use two attempts in Element 1, you will still have three new attempts available in Element 2.

Important:
If all three attempts in a section are used without passing, the course will be locked.
To continue, you’ll need to purchase the course again, and your progress will restart from the beginning.

• Anti-virus software can prevent elements from loading on false-positive. Try adding an exception onto the anti-virus software to our website or contact your IT administrator to add an exception
• Sometimes Firewall will prevent a full connection to our website. Try using a different network or device. Report any problem to your IT administrator. The problem will appear on every browser you’ll try
• If you're working remotely, or with a slow connection, that can hinder a reliable connection. Our website has been tested with a 5Mbps download speed, videos can load at that speed albeit at a slower pace, but many software and hardware factors can prevent elements and images from loading
